Job summary

Walton Enterprises is seeking a Senior Associate in Jersey City to own cross-functional workstreams and conduct advanced analyses across strategic, financial, and operational topics. You will prepare governance materials and mentor teammates to support leadership decisions.

The role reports to the COO and demands strong project management, communication, and Office skills with 3–5 years of relevant experience in strategy or professional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of strategy consulting, financial services, or professional services experience.
• MBA or related degree preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with wealth, investment, and liquidity concepts.
• Experience in governance or Board preparation processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own workstreams and advanced analysis across strategic, financial, and operational topics.
• Prepare governance materials (Board decks, briefings) for leadership.
• Manage cross-functional and client-facing projects with limited oversight.
• Lead enterprise planning, performance tracking, and special initiatives.
• Provide early insights and coaching to peers and junior staff.
• Support adoption and integration of enterprise systems into workflows.
