Responsibilities

• Dig into data and answer business questions for senior leaders across the company.
• Develop and execute analysis plans utilizing internal and external data sources for decision-making and strategy development.
• Assist in developing proprietary datasets to support COF’s Card and Bank businesses.
• Support learning agendas, analytics plans and marketing research programs.
• Partner with Strategy and LOB analysts as well as external vendors to facilitate analysis work.
• Assist in developing recommendations from analysis for senior management decision-making.
• Communicate analysis and implications clearly to Director+.
