Job summary

Archer is collaborating with Vanguard to identify a Senior Money Movement Analyst who will advance the money movement strategy across Cash Plus and Brokerage. The role focuses on reducing client friction, modernizing policies and controls, and driving cross-functional execution across the money movement ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product strategy, payments, money movement, or program management.
• Strong understanding of money movement ecosystems, including ACH and transfers.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Operations, Fraud, Risk, Compliance, and Tech.
• Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, dependency management, and execution planning for strategic money movement initiatives.
• Identify and track key decisions, risks, milestones, and actions across multiple initiatives.
• Develop executive updates, business cases, recommendations, and analyses for decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and execution plans.
• Translate strategic objectives into sequenced initiatives with measurable deliverables.
• Identify and resolve gaps and conflicts across programs and workstreams.
