About the Role

As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing business strategies that drive sustainable growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep market understanding, and the ability to lead high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the company’s strategic planning process in collaboration with executive leadership.
Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
Design and evaluate business models, go-to-market strategies, and operational improvements.
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic initiatives and business transformation projects.
Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and proposals to communicate strategic insights.
Identify risks and opportunities in alignment with business goals and technology trends.
Who You Are

7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar leadership role within the tech or software industry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and frameworks.
Proven experience in developing and implementing business strategies at scale.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
Strong understanding of the software or SaaS industry is highly preferred.
Comfortable working remotely and managing cross-functional teams across time zones.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
