Qualifications

• Senior experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, strategy, or corporate development.
• Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential projects with executive visibility.
• Clear writing, presentation and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Authorization to work in the United States for the employer.

Responsibilities

• Lead market analysis, strategic planning, and executive decision support.
• Guide analysis of markets, companies, investments, transactions, and strategic options.
• Build financial models, decision materials, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Coordinate diligence and execution across finance, legal, operating, and external teams.
• Identify risks, value drivers, and open questions early in a process.
• Present conclusions to executives, investment committees, boards, or clients.
• Improve templates, data sources, and processes for recurring decisions.
