Future Today Strategy Group is a strategy consultancy guiding Fortune 500 clients, helping shape long-term choices with rigorous research and clear recommendations. You will collaborate with client teams and FTSG leaders to turn insights into actionable strategies.

The Consultant/Senior Consultant will own workstreams, present findings, and mentor junior colleagues while working in a hybrid setup in the US. Experience in consulting and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

2–4 years of total professional experience in consulting (Consultant or Senior Consultant level).
Strong research and analytical skills with structured research and synthesis.
Ability to develop polished slide decks and strategic narratives.
Professional client-facing experience and ability to lead meetings.

Responsibilities

Research, Analysis & Strategic Recommendations: conduct structured research and synthesize information into actionable recommendations.
Project Delivery & Ownership: own timely delivery and coordinate with colleagues; plan workstreams as applicable.
Client Communication & Facilitation: create compelling presentations and lead client sessions and workshops.
Methodology, Team Development & Firm Contribution: apply foresight methodologies and mentor junior colleagues.
