• Monitor market, customer, competitive, technology, regulatory, and industry trends and assess implications for the business.
• Identify and explore new growth opportunities, partnerships, capabilities, and differentiation areas.
• Lead strategic analysis and develop recommendations, business cases, scenarios, and executive materials.
• Lead high-priority cross-functional strategic initiatives from exploration to execution planning.
• Evaluate competitive activity, including investments, acquisitions, partnerships, products, technology, and distribution strategies.
• Develop and test strategic hypotheses and challenge existing assumptions.
• Translate complex information into clear insights, choices, implications, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Partner across Product, Distribution, Finance, Operations, Technology, Marketing, and other functions to advance priorities.
• Maintain a pipeline of emerging opportunities and strategic questions for further exploration.
• Measure progress against priorities and adapt strategy or execution as needed.
