Job description

A leading strategy consulting firm with deep specialization across the Energy & Power sector is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its growing Energy & Power Practice. The firm advises some of the most complex organizations across utilities, power generation, transmission & distribution, gas infrastructure, and large-scale capital projects.

With continued market demand across grid modernization, energy transition, data center infrastructure, and major capital project execution, the team is looking to hire an experienced Senior Consultant to lead high-impact client engagements from strategy through execution.

This role is ideal for someone looking for real ownership, client-facing responsibility, and the opportunity to operate with autonomy. Unlike larger consulting platforms where progression can be slow and highly political, this opportunity offers a meritocratic environment where strong performers can accelerate quickly toward Senior Manager and Partner-level responsibilities.

If you are looking to move beyond pure execution and into true engagement leadership trajectory, this is the right role for you.

What are people saying about this company?

Great time to join with strong market momentum across Energy & Power

High visibility with Partners and direct access to executive-level clients

Strong learning environment with clear Partner-track potential

Opportunity to build both delivery and commercial leadership skills
