Responsibilities
- Create compensation modeling tools and resources with advanced financial analysis and forecasting.
- Present modeling and analysis to partner Financial Advisors on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with partnership SME to design solutions aligning with firm policies.
- Collaborate with Product Teams to design enablement and educational solutions.
- Champion process improvements to meet changing organizational needs.
- Identify opportunities with broad impact and drive implementation of solutions.
