What is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven track record of delivering operational improvements through data and analytics
• Experience leading workstreams and managing the implementation of solutions
• Proficiency or eagerness to develop skills in data analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, and SQL
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in presenting to diverse audiences
• Experience in consulting and/or a fast-paced early-stage company is highly preferred
