MFS Investment Management seeks a Senior Business Strategist to define, execute, and monitor long-term business strategy for Global Institutional and non-US retail markets. You will integrate strategic planning with advanced analytics and AI capabilities to drive growth and elevate decision-making.

In this role, you will partner with Global Distribution leadership, manage strategic roadmaps, and translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business management, or analytics.
• Experience within asset management, financial services, or related industries strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of global asset management with focus on institutional and non-US retail distribution models.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global distribution strategies with senior leadership.
• Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Analyze opportunities, risks, and trends; present to leadership.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives and operating model optimization.
• Build and maintain strategic roadmaps and reporting frameworks.
• Drive analytics use cases and AI/GenAI capabilities with stakeholders.
