The Opportunity

As a Senior Strategist, DTC Search you’ll lead search strategy, activation and thought-leadership across a portfolio of clients. You have a deep passion for staying on top of trends and understand how paid search fits into the broader media ecosystem.

You’ll work with a cross-disciplinary team on challenger and enterprise accounts, managing performance, driving growth and aligning strategy with broader business objectives and outcomes.

What you’ll do
  • Provide paid search strategy and routine audits on accounts across platforms (Google, Microsoft, Yahoo!) and tactics (Brand, Non-brand, Shopping, PMAX, Demand Gen, Competitor)
  • Deliver activation excellence on campaign builds, pacing management and optimization deployment
  • Conduct keyword research, craft ad copy, optimize bids and establish strategies to meet and exceed client KPIs
  • QA campaign builds, edits, landing pages, URL tags, settings and measurement studies
  • Leverage feed management knowledge (e.g., Feedonomics, Shopify) to guide clients and teams in shopping campaign performance
  • Provide proactive and reactive performance insights and optimization recommendations using robust data
  • Identify, test and scale innovative approaches, automation opportunities and emerging technologies (including AI) within paid search
  • Collaborate with client partnership, creative, growth and activation teams to ensure proper execution and client stewardship
  • Turn complex search strategies into clear campaign recommendations
  • Maintain best practices in media planning, forecasting, budgeting, setup, learning agendas and performance analysis
  • Build strong client relationships by sharing POVs, industry trends and platform updates
  • Support new business initiatives with platform audits and recommendations
