The Role
General Motors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager for Solutions Enablement to join our Marketing Applied Sciences team. This role focuses on engineering data and analytics products to make data assets available effectively for large-scale problems such as experimentation, audience selection, and activation, while driving strategic alignment across marketing workstreams.
This position combines technical engineering management with strategic product development, requiring both people leadership skills and deep technical expertise in data-driven marketing solutions. You will work at the intersection of technology and marketing strategy, managing data and BI engineering teams and product owners, and partnering with brand strategists to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The role also supports global marketing teams in adopting US-based solutions into their respective markets.
