We’re looking for a Senior Strategist who combines thoughtful analysis with collaborative leadership. You’ll lead in applying eatbigfish proprietary processes, consulting with clients to develop brand positioning, innovation strategy, and organisational culture that reflect challenger thinking.
You’ll take ownership of your work streams and lead end-to-end delivery on smaller client engagements, including managing internal collaboration, running workshops, and presenting to senior clients. You will also mentor junior team members and raise the bar across the strategy team with rigor and fresh thinking.
This is not a “just make the deck” role. It’s for someone who wants to challenge client thinking and lead them toward insight and change.
