Job summary

EDF power solutions North America is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead procurement for renewable energy assets and corporate requirements. You will guide a team of buyers, develop commodity strategies, and drive savings through end-to-end sourcing, spend analysis, and supplier performance management.

This hybrid role requires three days in the office at one of our regional sites in San Diego, CA; Bloomington, MN; Toronto, ON; or Montreal, QC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management and Inventory Management.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams (4+ direct reports).
• Experience in Renewable Energy, highly preferred.
• Experience leading end-to-end source-to-pay processes, including spend analysis, benchmarking, TCO analysis, negotiations, supplier performance management, scorecards, contracting and savings tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of strategic buyers toward savings targets and TCO reduction.
• Manage RFIs/RFQs/RFPs end-to-end and negotiate terms.
• Develop annual procurement plans with stakeholders.
• Create commodity sourcing strategies addressing market conditions.
• Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate supplier competitiveness.
• Drive process improvements and document procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
