CSC ServiceWorks is seeking a Senior Sourcing professional to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple categories and deliver data-driven insights to optimize supplier performance and reduce costs.

You will guide RFx processes, develop cost models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant supplier selections and contract awards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, finance, or business administration; or 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement trends, processes, best practices, tools and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across functions and partners.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to interpret data for sound decisions.

Responsibilities

Overview

Position Summary

Primary responsibility for leading sourcing initiatives and provide analytical insights to optimize supplier performance, reduce costs, and support strategic business objectives.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Execute and lead sourcing events across a wide range of categories, managing the full RFx process from scoping to final award decisions.
• Deliver analytical support on sourcing initiatives by synthesizing complex data sets, developing cost models, and providing actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.
• Drive category management activities including expiring contract reviews, pipeline development, opportunity assessments, supplier performance management, and compliance tracking.
• Provide project leadership and communication by overseeing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project trackers, and preparing documentation such as meeting minutes and status reports.
• Compile and refine scopes of work and requirements, conduct in-depth evaluations of supplier proposals, and negotiate final commercial terms to optimize value and mitigate risk.
• Develop, present, and defend analysis—both quantitative and qualitative—to sourcing and business leadership to secure approvals for supplier selection and contract awards.
• Champion Strategic Sourcing’s value proposition by effectively communicating outcomes, influencing stakeholders, and reinforcing procurement’s role as a strategic business partner.
• Perform additional assignments as required, adapting quickly to evolving business priorities and opportunities.

USD $71,805.00/Yr.

Maximum Salary

USD $86,166.00/Yr.
