Qualifications

• 5+ years in business consulting, analysis, operations, business systems, project leadership, product ownership, or related field.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Gathering, analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate complex business challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Experience managing projects, workstreams, or strategic initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Ability to build relationships and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience supporting, administering, or optimizing business applications and technology solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow design, and organizational change initiatives.
