Qualifications

• Strong strategic thinking and ability to synthesize complex business challenges.
• Expert PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations and reviews.
• Experience with Generative AI and workflow automation to improve efficiency.
• Data-driven decision making and analytics to measure outcomes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief of Staff to drive strategic initiatives and executive priorities.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs delivering high-impact initiatives on tight timelines.
• Translate strategy into actionable program plans with milestones and ownership.
