Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management.

• Experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee multiple projects from initiation through completion.
• Define objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resources, and cost controls.
• Establish governance, reporting processes, and performance metrics.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and quality standards.
• Drive change management, process improvements, and initiatives.
• Resolve escalated issues and support timely decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, contracts, and regulations.
• Lead program reviews, steering committees, and lessons learned.
