Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Employee Health & Benefits Strategic Pharmacy Consultant to lead pharmacy benefit programs for MMA SE offices and clients. The role involves managing bids, negotiations, and analytics to cut costs while partnering with clinical, actuarial, and analytics teams.

You will mentor colleagues, support strategic partnerships, and drive growth in new client pursuits with the Regional Director of Pharmacy. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of direct experience in pharmacy, PBMs, or related industries.
• At least 5 years in a sales operations or account management role with proven success.
• Deep knowledge of PBM contracts, clinical pharmacy, or related negotiations.
• Experience leading teams, managing projects, and developing strategic partnerships.
• Proficient in presenting complex ideas with strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Function as a primary pharmacy benefits consultant and strategic partner for MMA SE field offices and a book of clients, managing pharmacy benefit programs end-to-end.
• Lead client pharmacy market bids, RFPs, and PBM vendor procurement and negotiations.
• Conduct analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and present results and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop multi-year integrated pharmacy and clinical strategies.
• Mentor other consultants within the pharmacy practice and support operational policy implementation.
