Job summary

Spiral Solutions & Technologies, Inc. (SS&T) seeks a Senior Joint Military Planner to support USSTRATCOM J7. The role provides senior-level expertise in joint operations, strategic planning, and mission analysis to connect national objectives with analytic products for senior leaders.

Requirements include a TS/SCI clearance and a bachelor’s degree or higher, plus 15 years of relevant experience. You will lead planning teams, coordinate with interagency partners, and brief senior leaders.

Qualifications

At least 15 years of experience in OSD/JSS operations, plans, policy, strategy.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Knowledge of the National Military Strategy, Global Campaign Plans, and Combatant Command campaign plans.
Experience in Joint and/or Combined operations and operations planning; mission analysis required.
Joint Professional Military Education Phase 2 graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Conduct graduate-level quality analysis and assessment of USSTRATCOM core mission areas, including Global Strike and Nuclear Operations.
Participate in USSTRATCOM planning teams for Global Campaign Plan consolidation and investments.
Demonstrate and articulate a strategy-to-task framework tying national strategy to a traceable hierarchy.
Produce commander's estimates and perform mission analysis.
Develop, update, and maintain operations assessments and support decision making.
