Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a high-impact Senior Strategic Finance Associate to own the end-to-end FP&A for G&A, partnering with leaders across the business. This hybrid role supports the SF Bay Area or New York City offices, driving scalable planning processes and critical financial narratives for executive decision-making.

The role requires deep FP&A expertise, strong business partnership skills, and the ability to design planning frameworks that scale with a fast-growing SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of FP&A or Strategic Finance with G&A focus in high-growth SaaS.
• Experience designing planning processes and influencing decisions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial planning for G&A — brief to delivery.
• Define 6–12 month financial strategy with partners.
• Build business cases for major investments with clear assumptions.
• Design and improve planning processes, tooling, and data definitions.
• Lead cross-functional analyses with milestones and owners.
• Partner with budget owners to ensure data quality and alignment on assumptions.
