Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst in Atlanta, GA to create and maintain the ESS data and shared services specifications, collaborating with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements.

You will lead training sessions, drive design-thinking and process reengineering workshops, and build lasting relationships with cross-functional teams while ensuring clear communication, high attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-changing tech landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong analysis skills.
• Experience in the media & entertainment industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced tech landscape.
• Strong collaboration and ability to influence teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Public speaking and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
