Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a Senior Strategic Consultant within its Professional Services team to deliver strategic, analytical, and enablement services for enterprise customers. You will blend consulting, project management, and digital analytics expertise to interpret digital experiences and drive action.

You will manage both one-off missions and managed-services engagements, coordinating contributors and maintaining delivery momentum while ensuring customer value and success.

About the job

The Professional Services team helps Contentsquare customers turn digital experience data into measurable business outcomes. As a Senior Strategic Consultant, you will be a senior, client-facing consultant responsible for delivering strategic, analytical, and enablement services to enterprise customers. You will combine consulting expertise, project management, digital analytics knowledge, and Contentsquare expertise to help customers understand their digital experience, prioritize opportunities, and take action.

You will work across two types of engagements:

1. One-off consulting missions, where you lead and deliver a defined project (analysis, workshop, training..)

2. Managed-services engagements, where you act as the delivery owner and project manager for an ongoing customer relationship. You will manage the service roadmap, coordinate contributors, maintain delivery momentum, and proactively ensure that the customer receives value from the available services.

You will operate as a trusted advisor to customer teams, including operational stakeholders, analytics teams, technical teams, and senior or economic buyers. You will work closely with Customer Success Manager and Sales but also all your Professional Services colleagues such as Data Analysts, UX Design Consultants, Implementation Managers, Training Consultants..

This role is ideal for someone who combines the structure and client leadership of a senior consultant with the curiosity and practical fluency of a digital analytics power user.
