Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a Finance BI/Data Analyst to enable topline analytics, partner with RevOps and Data Eng, and support budgeting and forecasting. You will own dashboards and automated reporting, driving data-driven decisions across the GTM and Finance teams.

The role requires 2-5 years in BI/data analytics, a Master’s in Finance/Analytics, and strong Excel/Sheets skills. Hybrid/remote-friendly environment with global growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Data Analytics, BI, or related discipline.
• Experience with BI tools, data analytics, data architecture, and AI-powered functionalities.

Reporting to the Senior Field Finance Director, you will be an integral part of the finance department.

What you'll do:

Topline Partnering

• Serve as the subject-matter expert for topline data. Manage models and coordinate with stakeholders (RevOps, Data Engineering, Deal Desk, Product) to deliver best-in-class analytics.
• Leverage our data model and AI tools to identify opportunity areas and drive revenue growth.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and quantitative modeling to support strategic initiatives.
• Build, enhance, and maintain topline-planning models to support budgeting and forecasting cycles.

Internal Dashboards & Reporting:

• Own and streamline the management book (in Tableau or other), effectively supporting internal management reviews, board meetings, and Field Finance partners’ activities.
• Consolidate monthly/quarterly financial actuals against forecasts, highlighting trends and variance drivers.
• Partner with other teams’ data analysts to ensure company-wide alignment

Automation & Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to automate manual financial reporting and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
• Simplify data structures and workflows across the GTM and Finance tech stack to improve data integrity and speed.
• Define and maintain Contentsquare's main KPIs.

What you'll need to succeed:

Professional Experience:

2-5 years of experience in a BI, or Data Analyst team, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Education:

Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline.

Systems & Data Mindset:

Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, system architecture, and AI-powered functionalities, especially Snowflake/DBT frameworks.

Core Finance Skills:

Understanding of financial planning and analysis functions, including the annual budget, long-term strategic planning, and resource allocation processes.

Analytical Prowess:

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable outcomes for business partners. High degree of proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

Communication:

Full proficiency in English is a must-have.

Mindset:

Curious, proactive, and eager to champion new tools in a challenging yet exciting environment. Highly organized with a project-driven vision, adaptable to changing conditions, and capable of meeting deadlines under pressure.

Pigment SaaS Expertise or other EPM system (a plus):

Hands-on experience with an EPM tool.
