Job summary

The role collaborates with program managers and finance stakeholders to develop multi-year projections, ensuring accuracy and baselining in accordance with PPBE processes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 16+ years of federal budgeting/financial planning experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Experience leading budget formulation for large programs.
• Knowledge of PPBE or similar government budgeting processes.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into detailed budget plans.
• Strong communication with senior leadership and executives.
• Advanced Excel modeling and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead future-year budget planning and formulation activities.
• Develop multi-year budget projections and funding profiles.
• Coordinate inputs across programs and stakeholders.
• Prepare defensible budget submissions aligned with policy.
