Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior strategic professional to advance specialty pharmacy network design and contracting strategies focused on affordability. You will analyze market dynamics, develop cost-reduction approaches, and advise senior leadership on network optimization and reimbursement models.

Collaborate across departments to implement innovative affordability solutions, monitor industry trends, and translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations for enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, analyze, evaluate, and implement specialty pharmacy network strategies that support affordability goals.
• Develop and execute network optimization strategies, including pricing and reimbursement methodologies.
• Support strategic planning, financial analysis, and business case development to inform contracting decisions.
• Translate market dynamics into clear strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Present strategies and impact assessments to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement affordability solutions.
