Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Advisor to support a U.S. Navy program focused on readiness and sustainment.

You will help shape strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and guide operations across engineering, maintenance, and supply chains with data-driven decision support. The role requires extensive Navy domain experience, DoD clearance, and citizenship. The candidate will collaborate with client leadership to drive mission success and optimize resources while balancing readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Math/Physics/OR/Stats/Engineering or equivalent experience (6-year substitution).
• 15 years of related experience; 12 years in Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply leadership for Navy programs.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a senior advisor to the Government and provides support to the customer on program/project operations.
• Determines adequacy and acceptability of evolving program/project plans and change management strategies.
• Applies knowledge of business management principles to formulate long- and short-term plans.
• Analyzes in-place business, operational, and financial processes and relationships.
• Identifies and recommends programmatic approaches to redefine and modify current practices.
• Develop program/project plans, guidelines, and controls.
