Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking an Acquisitions Analyst III to conduct research and analyze potential targets, evaluating financial performance and strategic fit.

The role operates independently on complex technical and business matters within a federal contractor environment. The candidate will perform due diligence, build financial models, and support procurement planning, with a focus on entering high-value opportunities while maintaining compliance and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four to seven (4-7) years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the Public Trust level, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets in line with the organization’s growth strategy.
• Evaluates financial statements, market trends, and industry data to assess financial performance and strategic fit of targets.
• Performs due diligence on potential acquisitions, including analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Supports cost estimate development and procurement planning inputs for PR packages and acquisition materials.
• Prepares detailed financial models and valuation analyses to determine ROIs of acquisitions.
• Collaborates with finance, legal, and operations to ensure smooth acquisition execution.
• Maintains acquisition action trackers, milestone records, and review logs.
• Presents reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitors industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities.
• Delivers status inputs and deliverables conforming to Section 508 accessibility standards.
