This position is remote but will require travel to various locations.

This position will be posted from April 17, 2025 - May 2, 2025

Reporting to the Director, Strategic Accounts, this position is responsible for managing strategic partner relations.

What will you do:

  • Drivestrategic growth with target customers and managethe vision and strategy to support $50,000,000 over 5-year plan to aggressively grow our business.
  • Developand implement all aspects of regional growth in conjunction with, and according to, the overall corporate objectives.
  • Establish a regional strategic sales plan with goals to meet corporate objectives.
  • Prospectand developnew regional customer accounts.
  • Be the source of local, domestic, and global market expertise and analysis.
  • Work at field level with customers conducting training, grower meetings, aid with product demonstration work, and any other local activities required to grow the business alongside customers.
  • Present regional sales activity reports to management teams.
  • Explore and present product portfolio options and solutions that encompass all Nutrien Ag Solutions product categories.
  • Travel (40%) efficiently and effectively tocustomers, trade shows, conferences and industry meetings.
  • Lead, champion, and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and Safety, Health, & Environmentstandards.
  • Utilize and leverage available digital technologies to complete work accurately and efficiently.

What will you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in agriculture, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in increasingresponsibilityin sales, product management,customerexperience, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledgein key specialty crops, specialty crop nutrition distribution,and go-to-market channels within the territory.
  • Strong knowledge and background in the territory agriculture industry network, especially in fertilizers and nutritional products with key emphasis in specialty crop/irrigated intensive cropping areas.
  • Strong sales ability with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work effectively with other groups in the organization to achieve a common goal.
  • The highest ethical standards and sense of accountability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Word, and Excel.
  • Clear and effective decision making, with emphasis on data-driven approach.

Salary Range $105,000 - $195,000/annually. This range is estimated for Senior Strategic Accounts Manager in the States of Colorado, Illinois, and Minnesota. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
