About the Role

The Senior Strategic Account Director is a senior national account leader responsible for developing and executing the long-term sales, distribution, and growth strategy in Kroger. This role is accountable for delivering volume, revenue, profit, and share gaining goals. The Senior Director will lead joint business planning and work closely with Commercial teams and our distributor networks to drive execution to advance TWE's strategic priorities.

This is a remote opportunity to be based in Ohio or Kentucky.

You will be responsible for:

Strategic Leadership & Account Development

  • Align customer strategy with TWE's global and U.S. commercial priorities, portfolio goals, and innovation pipeline.
  • Own and lead the end-to-end strategic partnership, including the development and execution of the long-term account strategy.
  • Create and implement tailored customer marketing and promotional programs that drive category growth, improve market share, and maximize ROI. Oversee the full lifecycle—from ideation to sell-in, execution, and post-analysis—ensuring effectiveness and profitability.

P&L Ownership & Commercial Performance

  • Manage account-specific P&L with full accountability for volume, gross profit, promotional spend, and budget adherence.
  • Analyze financial results and market trends to evaluate investment efficiency, and course-correcting when necessary to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Growth Management to assess pricing architecture and profitability metrics by program and SKU.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence

  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Insights, Supply Chain, and Commercial Strategy to support customer goals and internal priorities.
  • Drive internal planning calendars, execution milestones, and retailer deliverables for visibility and accountability.
  • Translate customer insights, retailer trends, and competitive intelligence into strategic actions across TWE’s commercial ecosystem.

About You

  • You have a bachelor’s degree. MBA or advanced business coursework preferred.
  • You have progressive sales leadership experience, with a strong track record managing top-tier national accounts, preferably with Kroger.
  • You have CPG experience, beverage alcohol experience preferred.
  • You have strong presentation skills, including the ability to speak before small and large audiences both internally and externally.
  • You have an aptitude for technology and are proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), desktop publishing programs. Experience with Essbase and Pricer preferred.
  • You have a valid driver’s license

Pay Transparency Disclosure:The base pay range offered for this position is $157,000 to $184,000 per year and a target bonus and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Based on the location of the incumbent, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
