Base pay range

Strapi is our content engine, and we’re upgrading from v4 to v5 while continuing to ship new features and keep the platform healthy.

The position is for other features and maintenance, too.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead audit, planning, and zero-downtime migration from Strapi v4 to v5.
2. Design & automate end-to-end backup/restore across PostgreSQL, S3 media, and multi-env codebases (dev → prod).
3. Build and document versioned CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker/K8s/ECS).
4. Ship new Strapi-backed features with Product & Front-End squads.
5. Own ongoing performance tuning, security patches, and production support.

Must-Have Skills

1. Demonstrated v5 migration experience.
2. AWS S3, IAM, CloudFront, Terraform basics.
3. Git-centric workflow, feature flags, hot-fix rollback.

Nice-to-Haves

1. GraphQL federation or API Gateway throttling.
2. Security certifications (AWS Security Specialty, CISSP).
