Arcadis is seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Senior Stormwater Program Manager / Senior Engineer to lead complex stormwater management and green infrastructure (GI/GSI) projects across the Seattle region and western Washington.
This role will oversee planning, design, permitting, and delivery of innovative urban water resilience programs, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, municipal partners, and community stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, proven program leadership experience, and an understanding of regional practices, particularly those aligned with Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) and similar organizations.
As a Senior Stormwater Program Manager / Senior Engineer, you will lead the planning, design, and permitting of stormwater management and green infrastructure projects from feasibility through construction while managing multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. You will direct collaborative and alternative delivery programs for municipal stormwater and GI initiatives, aligning project outcomes with broader urban resilience and sustainability goals. As a technical expert in stormwater systems, natural channel design, low‑impact development (LID), and green stormwater solutions, you will guide project approaches and provide oversight on stakeholder coordination with partners such as SPU, community groups, regulatory agencies, and design consultants.
Additionally, you will mentor engineering and project management staff, offering strategic direction and quality review, and support business development through proposal preparation, client relationship management, and program growth.

Salary range: $109,186 - $185,616.
