You will direct collaborative and alternative delivery programs for municipal stormwater and GI initiatives, aligning project outcomes with broader urban resilience and sustainability goals. As a technical expert in stormwater systems, natural channel design, low‑impact development (LID), and green stormwater solutions, you will guide project approaches and provide oversight on stakeholder coordination with partners such as SPU, community groups, regulatory agencies, and design consultants.

Additionally, you will mentor engineering and project management staff, offering strategic direction and quality review, and support business development through proposal preparation, client relationship management, and program growth.
