Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Senior Stormwater Program Manager / Senior Engineer to lead complex stormwater management and GI/GSI projects across the Seattle region and western Washington. This role encompasses planning, design, permitting, and delivery while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and municipal partners.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Civil, Environmental, Landscape Architecture or Water Resources Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of experience in the planning, design, and permitting of stormwater management and green infrastructure (GI/GSI) projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and permitting of stormwater management and green infrastructure projects from feasibility through construction.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide oversight on stakeholder coordination with partners such as SPU, community groups, regulatory agencies, and design consultants.
• Mentor staff and support business development through proposals and client relationship management.

Education

Masters Degree in Civil, Environmental, Landscape Architecture or Water Resources Engineering or related field

Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington State
