• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Strong hydrology and hydraulics expertise with modeling and floodplain mapping.
• 8-10 years of experience in stormwater and flood system planning using hydraulic models.
• Experience leading technical tasks and capital/life-cycle analyses.
• Intermediate GIS proficiency and mentoring ability.

• Serve as senior project engineer or assistant to project manager.
• Validate model outputs with field data and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Translate modeling results into actionable planning and design insights.
• Maintain customer-focused approach from start to delivery.
