STV Incorporated is seeking a Drainage Design Engineer in New York to lead stormwater design from inception through final design for public and private projects.

You will coordinate with agencies to obtain sign-offs and permit approvals, and assist management in developing scope and schedule for technical reports and design documents. A degree in Civil Engineering and applicable professional credentials are required, with 5–10 years of relevant experience.

Competenze

• Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain is required; 5–10 years of experience; training available.
• Experience designing stormwater management systems, pipe conveyance hydraulics, and green infrastructure; hydrologic and flood hazard analysis is a plus.
• Experience modeling drainage systems to meet agency permitting requirements including SWPPP development.
