Mattress Firm is hiring Sleep Experts to help customers find the dream mattress and improve sleep quality. You will steer store sales, deliver an outstanding in-store experience, and act as a trusted sleep advisor.

This role offers uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match, with strong growth opportunities through on-the-job training and development programs. Join a team focused on customer care, merchandising excellence, and consistent store performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales goals for self and team and monitor KPIs.
• Coach staff in sales, product knowledge, and operations; conduct reviews and development plans.
• Create an customer-centric environment and exceptional in-store experience.
• Coordinate with field teams to address concerns and questions.
• Assist in multi-store staffing, interviews and hiring.
• Develop skills via training and company-led activities.
• Run workforce management: staffing schedules and punches reconciliation.
• Meet or exceed store financial targets through service and execution.
• Ensure merchandising, marketing and POP standards are followed.
• Enforce policies and state regulations; support social media plans with marketing.
• Lift or move 50+ pounds.

Job Details

• Drive individual and team sales performance and KPIs
• Train and coach store employees in sales, product knowledge and operating activities, providing constructive feedback; annual performance reviews and Individual Development Plans
• Create an environment where customers always at the center and have an exceptional experience
• Communicate professionally and regularly with field employees (Distribution Center, District Manager, Regional VP, etc.) to address immediate concerns and questions
• Assist in multi-store staffing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
• Continue to develop skills, competencies, product knowledge through assigned course work, training, and other company led activities.
• Conduct workforce management activities (store staffing schedule, reconciling punches etc.), utilizing Operations team support and tools
• Achieve or exceed individual store financial targets through effective execution and customer service at the store level
• Ensure store execution of product merchandising, marketing, and POP standards
• Ensure company policies, including appearance and functionality standards, and state regulations are followed
• Partner with marketing to plan, implement and monitor assigned store's social media strategy to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales
• Lift or move 50+ pounds.

Compensation

Competitive pay range of $99,000 to $121,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
