Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Commerce, CA seeks a Senior Store Manager to lead a Levi's Store with an annual volume of $15 million or more, driving profitable growth and building brand equity through superior store operations and execution.

You will supervise multiple managers and develop a strong in-store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer experience. You will ensure sales performance, coach staff, manage recruiting and retention, and pilot new programs from the Home Office while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or 9+ years combined college education and work experience.
• Minimum 7 years of retail management experience, including at least 3 years in a high-volume setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; solid business acumen; ability to develop store teams; excellent time and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Levi's Store with annual volume of $15M+ to profitable growth and strong brand equity.
• Coach and develop managers to meet customer service, operational, and visual merchandising standards.
• Build in-store leadership through Brand Service Leadership program and other trainings.
• Oversee store staffing, recruitment, evaluation, and retention of top talent; set performance standards.
• Pilot new programs from Home Office and manage loss prevention, inventory, and safety programs.
