Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of related professional experience in systems integration test development.
• Hands-on experience validating complex enterprise computer systems, including multi-device configurations.
• Exceptional organization and planning skills to manage multiple programs and shifting priorities.
• Proven ability to perform detailed failure analysis and lead investigations into complex system hardware and software issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication, tailoring messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead verification of compatibility between WD storage drives and enterprise customer systems.
• Collaborate with development engineering and customer support to ensure product design quality and cross-functional alignment.
• Configure complex multi-drive test systems and monitor logs to assess status and identify trends.
• Isolate, analyze, and document test failures; conduct root cause analysis and influence corrective action.
• Architect, develop, and maintain test scripts and automation frameworks to improve efficiency.
• Create test schedules and communicate status to stakeholders including customers and management.
• Mentor junior engineers and co-ops to raise team capability.
• Identify gaps in test coverage and drive improvements.
