Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 8+ years software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams responsible for design and development of complex software products and platforms.
• Manage relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on software design and development.
• Review designs and project activities for compliance with guidelines and standards; provide feedback to improve quality.
• Provide domain-specific expertise and software systems leadership across projects and programs.
• Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into projects within the software systems design organization.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff.
