Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead design, implementation, and management of an enterprise storage and virtualization environment. Focused on Dell PowerScale Isilon, SAN technologies, and high availability for critical data services.

You will own storage capacity reporting, performance tuning, ZT security, SAN provisioning (LUN masking), FC fabric management, VMware datastore optimization, and data protection with backup and restore workflows, while aligning with RTO/RPO targets.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise storage and virtualization environments.
• Strong knowledge of Isilon/PowerScale architecture and SAN design.
• Experience with capacity reporting, performance tuning, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and management of Isilon/PowerScale and SAN storage.
• Maintain FC fabric, zoning, and switch configurations.
• Provide secondary VMware storage administration and datastore optimization.
• Oversee data protection, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
• Ensure alignment with strict RTO/RPO targets.
