Qualifications

• CRCST certification required or equivalent SPD certification with 1 year experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Performs decontamination, assembly, packaging of surgical instruments per IFU and quality assurance.
• Maintains sterilization logs and quality records for equipment.
• Identifies priority instrumentation needs and supports OR readiness.
• Stores, tracks, and distributes instrument sets across departments and clinics.
