Job summary

Providence Newberg Medical Center seeks a Tech-Sterile Processing 2 to ensure cleaning, inspection, maintenance and proper sterilization of sterile instrumentation. You will distribute supplies and work with other teams to have instruments ready for surgical cases and procedures.

The successful candidate will hold sterile processing certifications and have at least three years of recent experience, plus basic PC skills to support daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Three years of recent sterile processing experience.
• Experience using personal computer and basic software applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning, inspection, maintenance, proper sterilization and distribution of sterile instrumentation and equipment.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure supplies, instrumentation and equipment are available for surgical cases and other procedures.
