Job summary

JPS Health Network is seeking a Cert Sterile Processing Tech Supervisor for night shifts at the Patient Care Pavilion in Fort Worth. The role supports the unit manager, oversees daily activities, and ensures proper stocking of instruments, implants, and equipment.

The supervisor will lead staff, manage scheduling, and coordinate with vendors for repairs and supply pricing while ensuring regulatory compliance across the district. Hours include 4/10s, nights, weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Graduate from an accredited Sterile Processing program or graduate from an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Current Licensure through the CBSPD and/or IAHCSMM or NBSTSA licensure.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned employees according to hospital policies.
• Maintains records for instrument processing and repair.
• Oversees equipment sterilization, PAR level replenishment, and inventory control.
