Job summary

Halo Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a senior Sterile Injectable Manufacturing Manager to lead aseptic fill/finish operations at the Whippany, NJ site.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and drives capacity planning, validation, and continuous improvement in a cGMP environment. You will oversee capital projects, quality systems, and a manufacturing team, ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time delivery for complex sterile products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related technical field required; Master’s preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent; Black Belt strongly preferred.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sterile fill/finish operations to meet schedules, quality and financial targets.
• Develop capacity models, scheduling, and utilization plans; manage budgets and costs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams for API transfer, tech transfers, and validation.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma in aseptic operations.
• Oversee CAPAs, deviation investigations, and regulatory inspections.
