Strategic Analysis, Inc. in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Senior STEM Program Analyst with a SECRET clearance to support OUSD(R&E) DoD STEM initiatives.

Hybrid work with on-site collaboration at Mark Center as needed, with periodic travel across the United States. You will analyze policies, manage programs and budgets, engage interagency groups, and help implement a DoD STEM strategic plan while coordinating with labs and stakeholders nationwide.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required; candidates with highly specialized experience may be considered without a current clearance.
• Ten (10) years' recent and relevant experience required; DoD government experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to brief and moderate meetings.
• Ability to work independently with staff in a distributed environment while meeting deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Support development, management, evaluation, and analysis of DoD STEM activities.
• Analyze policies, statutes, and guidance related to STEM education and workforce development.
• Assist in implementing the DoD STEM strategic plan and budget processes.
• Coordinate with interagency groups and external stakeholders to advance STEM initiatives.
