Qualifications

• 6+ years in commercial Property & Casualty insurance focusing on statistical & regulatory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of P&C products including workers’ compensation, excess & surplus lines, and surety.
• Advanced understanding of insurance regulatory reporting requirements and compliance obligations.
• Experience with bureau reporting, statistical filings, financial data calls, and state submissions.
• Familiarity with rating organizations and regulatory bodies managing inquiries and data requests.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational procedures and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for complex data.
• Knowledge of auditing, data validation, and quality control practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee statistical and regulatory reporting activities for regulatory submissions.
• Establish and monitor reporting procedures, controls, and quality assurance for filings.
• Manage workflows, identify process improvements, and enhance data integrity.
• Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to maintain reporting systems and data processes.
• Provide expertise on reporting requirements and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
• Research regulatory updates and data requests to implement accurate changes.

• Oversee data validation, reconciliation, and audit activities for accuracy.
• Convert regulatory requirements into practical business processes and systems enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve data collection and reporting capabilities.
