Job summary

Rezolute is seeking a Manager of Statistical Programming to deliver study-level programming using SAS and R, while supervising a small team of programmers or CRO partners. The role involves CDISC SDTM/ADaM data generation, TLFs, and regulatory submission support.

The candidate will ensure QA, write validation and batch scripts, and contribute to programming standards, templates, and tools. Strong communication with statisticians and Clinical Operations is essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or a related field. MS preferred.
• 6–8+ years of statistical programming experience in pharma/biotech/CRO; MS adds 1–2 years experience.
• 1–2 years supervising programmers or leading a study.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver statistical programming for studies supporting trials, submissions, publications, and ad hoc analyses.
• Track timelines and flag risks to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Create and validate CDISC SDTM and ADaM datasets, perform conformance checks (e.g., Pinnacle 21).
• Develop and validate TLFs and analysis datasets using SAS and R; perform QC of others’ work.
• Mentor internal programmers and CRO programmers; review CRO deliverables for quality and standards compliance.
