Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• 9 years of relevant clinical research programming experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; strong leadership and multitasking skills.
• Experience with statistical analysis and programming in a clinical trials setting.
• Knowledge of GCP and SOPs; ability to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate statistical programming activities for multiple projects.
• Provide senior level oversight for departmental teams.
• Ensure quality, efficiency and integrity of analyses and data reporting.
• Represent the department in client meetings and maintain sponsor relationships.
• Lead the design, validation and maintenance of project reporting applications.
• Mentor junior programmers and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist in training and departmental SOP maintenance.
