Job summary

Rhythm Pharmaceuticals, Inc is seeking a Senior Statistical Programmer to join our Biostatistics and Statistical Programming team in Boston. You will lead programming activities across studies, develop ADaM specs, and support regulatory submissions while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of SAS programming experience, strong CDISC knowledge, and an MS or higher in a quantitative field.

Qualifications

• MS or equivalent in Statistics, Biostatistics, Math, CS or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant statistical programming in biotech/pharma/CRO.
• Strong SAS programming expertise and CDISC (SDTM/ADaM) knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support programming activities for studies, datasets, tables, listings and figures for reports and submissions.
• Serve as study lead programmer with cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely results.
• Develop and maintain ADaM specs, TLF shells and reusable macros.
• Provide input on SAPs, CRF design, edit checks, and SDTM specifications.
• Support regulatory submissions with define.xml and submission-ready datasets.
• Identify risks, drive issue resolution, and propose process improvements.
• Mentor junior programmers and help shape departmental standards.
